Running a product catalog online means holding a few of your details — considerably fewer than a shop with a checkout would. This page lists which ones, what they are used for, and how to have them corrected or removed.
Information splits in two. What you send in yourself when you write in: your name, email address and whatever the question contains. And what your visit leaves behind on its own: browser type, pages opened, the route that brought you here — gathered through cookies and analytics. There is no account system and no checkout on this site, so there is no password of yours to guard and no card number ever passes through here — payment happens with the retail partner, under that retailer’s own privacy policy.
Nobody buys your data from us and nobody trades for it. The analytics provider sees anonymous visit statistics, authorities receive what the law compels, and that is the entire list. What you hand a retailer at their checkout stays between you and them.
A copy of what is held about you, a correction, or full deletion — name which at support@playhot.us.com.
Sensible technical and organizational safeguards protect the data kept here. No one can promise invulnerability for anything sent over the internet, and this page will not pretend otherwise.
