Stuck between the turbo handheld and the chill-plate model, wondering whether a hat fan will survive a nine-year-old, or unsure what an airflow figure means in practice — this is the address for all of it. Questions about a placed order — delivery, return, refund — go to the retailer where the purchase was made; their support can see the order and this site cannot.
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time. Anything sent overnight or on a weekend is picked up the next working morning, and the aim is a reply within one business day.
If a specification on this site is wrong, saying so is genuinely useful. Send the model and the figure you believe is off and the page gets checked against the manufacturer sheet the same week.
